Beta update

Pre-mc, betas were 51,000. Yesterday they were 2,100. So at least that's going right. They asked if I wanted to go back in a week to track them down to zero, I said I'd rather just wait and if my period isn't here w/in 5 weeks or so (since it always comes by 4 weeks), do a beta draw then. They were agreeable.

So, um, yay. Woot. At least this is going right, finally, with some help from the pharmaceutical industry.

    I hope that it keeps dropping and that you get AF here in a couple weeks.

    Dude, I am so jealous of how fast your Beta's are moving down.  Wish my body would do the same...

    I know. Trust me, I am so relieved that this worked and from all appearances things will finish themselves off from here. I was definitely having some misoprostol failure nightmares at first.

    I wish my doctor would have given me the option of waiting it out. She had me having blood drawn every two weeks. She decided to tell me - after AF finally showed - that I could have just taken a pregnancy test, and if it came back negative, she would have cleared me. Sucks because I wasted $50+ having blood drawn ... and I seriously hate needles.

    That sounds like a good drop. I'm very pro the not becomming a pin cushion approach.

    I think that sounds like a great drop. glad the meds have done their job - and am hopeful your body gets right back on track.
    m/c#1 07/16/08 (11 weeks), m/c#2 10/10/08 (8 weeks). and then nothing since except every test possible (no answers). IUI#1 and #2: BFNs Super lucky to be buddies with Peetie. Our out of nowhere, surprise DD born 5/29/2011

    I hate that you even have to hope for dropping betas.  I am glad they are dropping and hope they continue at a good rate.
