Yes. We are using sunblock, not sunscreen. Sunblock has either zinc oxide or titanium dioxide as the active ingredient(s). Sunscreen is a bunch of chemicals I can't spell. I've used Earth's Best in the past, but I can't find it lately, so now I'm using California Baby (got it at Target). It's organic, etc., so the chemicals in it are minimal. DD1 has super sensitive skin, so I had those on hand for her, and now for DD2 as well.

our pedi said it's fine bc our LO doesn't appear to have sensitive skin (takes well to normal bath products and lotions). we're using coppertone water babies SPF 50.

My pedi said it was ok as long as you don't use it as the first line of defense. I'm planning on using it very minimally- I don't want to put a lot of chemicals onto baby's skin when she's this little. I'm going to using clothing and shade (umbrella at the beach, etc) to protect her from the sun.

My pedi said that yes we could use it on LO. And per the thread below I decided to use the Neutrogena Pure. Sorry, no clicky, I'm on a Mac.
