Disappointed

Jeremy called me this afternoon to tell me he can't make it to the appointment with me tomorrow.  I was really looking forward to him being there and also having Caroline there to see the u/s. 

So, that also meant I had to scramble to figure out what to do with Caroline since I don't think it would be very easy for me to keep an eye on her while I was in the middle of the appointment.  Luckily when he called I was at Gymboree with a friend I had met at the park a couple of weeks ago.  She is a nanny for a 17 month old girl.  I asked her if she had any friends who could babysit on short notice.  She offered to take Caroline with them to their Gymboree class in the morning which is the same time as my appointment.  Crisis averted!

    Aw Shannon, I'm sorry he's not going to be able to make the appointment.  That stinks.

    But, I'm glad things worked out in the end....even if it's not ideal.

    Good luck tomorrow!  Glad you found an option with your little one.  That appointment is always a doozy and I can't imagine having to watch a little one while going through the long appointment.  Can't wait to hear how it went!

    That stinks that he can't be there it is always amazing to see that precious little baby.  I would be bummed too.  But, you will get to see it and share it with everyone and it you look on the bright side it will be your first special moment with this little one!
