Lily Pads, do you suggest them?

I saw these and though they are pricey I thought it was a cool concept that they keep you from leaking at all.  But I have a few questions:

1) Does it really work?

2) Since your nipples can't "breathe" do they seem uncomfortable?

    I have them and like them. I don't wear them all day though - only when I'm going out in public. I like that they give me a smooth line under my shirt. I can't manage to get the Lasinoh ones to be smooth, but I wear those during the day when I'm just at home and don't really care about the lumpy boob look. The LilyPadz do stick a bit when you pull them off and if you have leaked, you might get a pool of breast milk in it when you pull it off, so be careful not to spill it on you like I did since BM doesn't dry on your clothes like water does - it leaves a mark!

    Ditto pp. I love then mostly b/c they aren't bulky and you can actually go braless with them (haven't done that yet). I don't wear them at night.
