I posted two weeks ago about my first ultrasound where the dates just didn't add up at all. And then late yesterday afternoon I started spotting. So this morning's news was not a total shock.
While there was a lot of sack growth in the last 2 weeks, there was only a 3mm embryo (way too small) and no heart beat. They believe the spotting is the beginning of a miscarriage. I had a blood draw today and will have one tomorrow that should confirm dropping HCG levels. Hopefully the miscarriage will run it's course naturally over the next several days and I won't need anything more invasive.
Thanks to those of you who have kept us in your thoughts and prayers over the last several weeks. I really appreciate it.

I'm so so sorry littlemay! You are in my T&P for sure! HUGS!
I'm so sorry. I know how you feel. I've been in your shoes. Losing a child is devastating, even if you've never met him/her before. I found that talking with other women that had a m/c before helped me alot. Hope you're doing alright. Let me know if you have any questions. Take care, hon!
