Think 0 for me k?

Having a blood draw in the AM. I was at HCG 5 last week. My doc wants to see a 0 even though less than 5 is not pregnant because he's concerned that a mass on my ovary might be an ectopic pregnancy that failed on its own. If it is 0, I have to have an U/S to check out the "mass". Its probably just a cyst. Question, once it gets to zero do I have a pretty good chance of getting a period pretty soon or does that not make a difference? I just started charting two days ago to see if I O this month even though we will be TTA for one cycle. Fingers crossed for me.
