Can't remember what I usually pour over the top? Is it jam? I remember sweet and spice. Nothing at the store looks right, but baby has a craving. Help a preggo out!
My fave is brie on crackers or bread, with fig jam on top. Yum! I am sure there are plenty of other jams or jellies that work, but that one tops my list.

Is it Fischer & Wieser's Raspberry Chipotle Sauce!?! Yummmy... I love that stuff on top of Brie (or even cream cheese) with crackers!
Was going to say the same thing, and ditto that it's also goo on cream cheese (or you can buy the Neufchatel that is always right next to the cream cheese, I believe it's 33% less fat).
In my bag: Canon 60D, 50mm 1.4, Tamron 28-75 2.8, 430exii

if you want to go another route, my chef sister gave me the idea of a little bit of honey, then topped the whole cracker with a piece of fig.
