I've been EP'ing for almost 11 weeks and tonight it feels like an adult man put on a workboot and kicked me in the left boob! It's so tender I could cry. Any idea what could be wrong?

    Clogged duct? Can you feel a little hard spot? Warm, moist compress, and massage while pumping to clear it out. If your breast is red where it hurts and you develop a fever or flu like symptoms, it could be mastitis. Call your ob for antibiotics. www.kellymom.com has info about both these problems.     She said it all - I'm thinking clogged duct too.
