What does your stomach look like during a BH?

Okay, so whenever I contract my stomach gets hard obviously, but the shape is really weird.  It's like a lump on each side of my belly button, and where my belly button is like sink down.  It makes like a U shape and looks really weird.  I don't remember my friend's contractions looking like this.  Anyone else?
