My husband and I love the name Chloe but he brought up the other day that he cant picture an adult woman name Chloe... he said it sounds cute for a little girl but he doesnt like it as she grows up... i kind of agree but I still love the name.....any thoughts???

I love the name Chloe and think it definitely works as an adult name! I know one adult Chloe IRL and then there is always Chloe on 24.

I am not really a fan of this name but I am not sure why. Maybe it is a little too cutesy for me...The only Chloe I know is a 2 year old blond haired blue eyed little thing!

definitely not too "cutesy" watch 24 or Smallville, both Chloe's on those shows are really cool girls

I've always loved the name.Plus my friend just named her daughter Chloe.

I love the name Chloe!!! I never thought I would have kids and gave the name to my dog so when I got pregnant, I couldn't use it and I was really sad about that. I think it's a fine name for an adult!

I love the name Chloe! It's also super popular right now (number 9 last year according to nameberry), so by the time she grows up, it will be a "grown-up" name :-)

I can picture it on an adult, mostly because of Khloe Kardashian...

... Then again, she's always talkin' in her baby voice. So, that's maybe not a great example.

I don't hate the name but I don't love it either. I think it leans more towards cutesy than not. Only Chloe's I know are little girls still.

I really like it. DH has an Aunt Chloe, so I don't think of it as only being a child's name.

I agree with YH. I can see an adorable Chloe that I know who's a toddler, but can't picture it on the phone list at a law firm.

I could even picture an 80 year old woman with the name Chloe. I dont think it's too cutesy at all. Maybe slightly trendy, but I like it. I don't hate most trendy names anyhow.

I like the name Chloe! I think right now it is becoming popular for babies, so that is why it seems "cutesy" to you. By the time your daughter grows up, there will be other adults named Chloe!

Actually, GMIL is named Chloe, and she's an accountant. So I can totally see it on an adult.
