how do you clean these sippy cups??

I for some reason thought the nipple/spout didnt come off the lid and then while washing it seemed like they should come off to wash better?!?!

We use these and I have wondered myself. I just clean them by hand as best I can with soap...

I just used your link and saw the flow is apparently adjustable...anyone know how that works??

we have these and I just was it by hand. I was under the impression that the flow was determined by their suck...I could be wrong though.
