suggest where you will be getting birth announcments from

Since I'm tired of thinking about when I'm going to go into labor, I thought I would pass the time by shopping.  : )  Where are you planning on getting your birth announcements?  I'm don't want to spend too much, but I want a nice announcement!  Thanks!

    I'm getting the digital image from a fellow bumpie- she's on etsy.  Then I'll print them from shutterfly or snapfish to my local Walgreens.  Unless I can find a place to print them cheaper.

    ETSY!!!! There are so many great designers on there, cost about $15 to have them put it together for you and then you can order them from anywhere!!! I LOVE IT!

    Walmart has some affordable ones, but not many choices.

    We are getting ours from Shutterfly.  They have some REALLY cute ones.

    Carson Henry, born 39w, 2d, via emergency c/s due to no fetal movement and fetal distress.  Seizures, IVH grade 2, brain injury, kidney and liver damage.  Complete blood clot in the artery in his right arm.  27 days in the NICU.  Now discharged from all specialists, excepts his kidney doctor, who will monitor him indefinitely.  My tough little cookie.

    I think I'll be ordering a digital file from Etsy and then print them out myself. Seems to be some really different choices and cost effective.

    Funny you should mention. Just yesterday, I was helping my best friend's BEST friend with her doula website and said mentioned she picked the colors of her website because it reminded her of her birth announcement.

    She had purchased her birth announcements from Shutterfly.  I've also heard some good things about picture me perfect - but don't take my advice too strongly, I don't have kids... yet ;)
