Spread mayo or whatever condiment you desire on two halves of French bread, then add mozzarella slices and toast under the broiler. Add basil leaves and tomato (I personally love heirloom tomatoes). Delicious lunch or light dinner! Nom nom!
Thanks Everyone. I plan on making lots of pesto, Basil Infused olive oil, drying a tons, I found a Basil Chimichurri sauce recipe, and I will also try freezing them in ice cube.
