10 mo old doesn't want formula?

For the past couple of weeks, DD has outright refused every bottle we've given her.  To make up for it, we mix the formula with rice cereal so she is at least getting something.  Why is she doing this?  Is she trying to get us to stop giving her formula altogether?  I know it's way too early for milk, but what can we do?  If it makes any difference, I BF her for 7 months until she weaned from that.  At that point, all she wanted was formula.  Now, she seems to be "weaning" from that, too.  Any ideas?

    How much is she getting?   If I remember correctly at 10 mos 16-24 oz is good amount. Does she use sippy cups?    If so I would try increasing the amount in the sippy cups or maybe move the bottles farther from solid meals.

    It could be that she doesn't like the rice in it or it's too thick for her to suck through the bottle.   How about putting the formula and rice into a sippycup? Maybe try a different kind of formula.    If she really hasn't had ANY formula in a couple weeks, I think you need to call the pedi...

    Owen did this around 10 months and we switch right to milk with my pedi's blessing.

    At that age, both of my kids were getting whole milk with every meal & just some supplemental bf'ing.  Pedi said all was well.  Make sure her meals are well rounded as she should be eating a lot more 'table' type food now that she doesn't want the formula any longer.  She's just ready to grow up!

    This is exactly what we were doing with N at that age.
