Halloween

DH and I are trying to find fun places to take his 6 year old DD. We live in Royersford, but I haven't been having much luck finding places that aren't scary in the area. Does anyone know of any local farms or places like that, that have fun / non scary Halloween activites for kids?  We will be taking her to Dorney Park for their Boo Blast. Any other ideas would be great! TIA!!

    There are quite a few places: Merry Mead Farm, Ott's (Mum Mountatin) and if you don't mind the drive Linvilla Orchards.

    There will be a Halloween parade down main street on Oct 27th.  The fire department (Sta 84) gives out candy near the end of the parade.  It's a really big deal in Rofo.  Also, there is a Halloween party at the Linfield Fire department on Oct 27th at 6:30.

    Thanks mac for the info. How do I find out about this stuff? Since my SD doesn't go to school in SF I don't find out about this stuff, and the development that we live in has only about 10 kids. :(  Is there a website or something about activites that go on in the area?
