I used Nutritional Yeast Flakes and I found it in the refrigerated bulk section of a co-op. Brewers Yeast was also there.

I got brewers yeast at GNC.

Flax meal (just ground up flax seeds) I have bought at GNC, but my Mom got me a giant bag at Sams Club for the same price. ($10 for 16oz at GNC or 40oz at Sams.) I've seen the flax meal in the organic grains section at my grocery store too.
