HSG/sonohystogram while spotting?

I'm taking BC this cycle, and am having some spotting or breakthrough bleeding.  It's been happening for the past 3 or 4 days, and sometimes it's a full wipe of red on the tp, sometimes it's just slightly tinged cm.  I have both an HSG and a sonohystogram scheduled for Monday morning - and it's the only time I can do it before my next AF (that is, if AF shows up as expected... ::fingers crossed!::). 

Will the spotting/bleeding be a problem?

    If it's just light spotting I think it will be ok, but your RE will tell you for sure.  I hope you can get it done.  GL!

    I wouldn't think so either. I'm fully over the issue as I had a CD3 ultrasound this month with full on bleeding - it wasn't an issue. I had spotting after the HSG so unfortunately you may have to deal with it longer than you want to. GL
