Recommendation Needed: Pregnancy Loss Support Groups

Hi,

I recently lost twins at 18 weeks and am in need of finding a pregnancy loss support group in the Denver area. Does anyone belong to or know of such groups? Any advice is greatly appreciated.

    I have not heard of any local groups but I have heard a lot of people get lots of help from the pregnancy/loss board on here. I am so sorry for your loss! My SIL had a miscarriage too and that board really helped her! It is under all boards.

    The pregnancy loss board is wonderful on here. that helped me. I have had multiple losses as well.Try contacting the hospital near you. They normally know of them.My thoughts and prayers are w/u. Let me know if there is anything I can do for you even just listening ect

    I understand your pain. If you need to talk you can send me an email directly and we can talk.  I just lost my 5th baby in Jan and understand how difficult it is.  A hospital or women's center is a great place to find the support you need. Their job is to offer you the guidance to heal your body, mind and soul. 

    My best advice...if you feel like crying about it and can, do it.

    I am so sorry for your loss.  There is a great group in the Denver area that meets twice a month off of Havana and Alameda.  You can find information at www.coloradopregnancyloss.org.  Dorotha, the facilitator, is wonderful.  i attended this group after my loss last year.  She asks for a one time donation and the you are free to go as long as you'd like.

    You're in my thoughts.
