who is NOT sitting up?

Kai can teeter-totter for like 10 seconds (if you position him just right), but for the most part, he comes tumbling down.

Who else is with me for a non-sitter?

    Yup.  This.  She can roll all over the place, but no sitting for us

    My LO didn't decide to sit up on his own until the day before he turned 7months old! Little stinker made me begin to think he never would! HA!

    My LO has set up very well since 5 1/2 months.  However, she throws a fit as soon as she's on her belly.  So she does not roll or does not even want to attempt to learn how to crawl.  I think if she would do tummy time more and enjoyed rolling she would not be where she is today with sitting up.  Don't worry.  I'm sure your LO will do it soon!  :-)

    Your kids are in the 6mos range.  Don't worry.  My kid is 8.5mos and doesn't sit.

    Eli sits, but Sam didn't sit straight up and for more than 30 seconds until he was 10 months old. He almost walked before he sat up. Hang in there Chili! Kai is fine.

    I'm so glad you posted this! I was just about to post the same thing. My LO can almost crawl, but she doesn't like to sit up at all. She just wants to be moving 24/7, so I figure she'll probably stand and walk before she sits lol.

    Mason was not very good until about two week ago. He would lunge forward or backward and not even try to catch himself, but now he will use his little baby muscles to reposition himself is he is going one way or the other. And when he is done sitting instead of throwing himself backeards like he used too its more of a gradual fall. It will happen! I thought it never would.
