Update on my doggie. (Long & PIP)

She's doing MUCH better today. She's still lethargic, but there was a warning of that on the drugs the Vet gave us. She's also breathing heavy, but she's got her face planted in the pillow. I imagine it's hard to breathe laying like that.

When I woke up this morning to let her outside, she wagged her tail when I talked to her. She hadn't done that since before my shower yesterday (which is when I'm pretty sure she hurt herself because she was fine before it).

I don't have her in the crate right now (doctor's orders) because she has been laying on the couch for the past 2 hours and I don't see the point in moving her to the crate when she's not moving anyway. Plus she looks so pitiful in there and I don't like keeping her locked up like that. It makes me sad.

I think she's going to be just fine. Especially after her progress over the last 16 hours, everyone thinks she just pulled a muscle or sprained something and is so spoiled and not used to pain that she's being a bit of a baby.

I am very glad to hear that she is doing much better. She looks very cozy in the picture and I might mimic her when I get home in 15 minutes. LOL

Aww, poor baby! Looks like she has an excellent mama to pamper her, though. She indeed looks very content and snuggled on the couch! I hope she's back to her old self really quickly!!!!
