Does your baby smile at strangers?

DS stares at strangers intently, but rarely graces them with a smile. I guess it takes him a while to warm up.

DD has to warm up too, I think it is normal. I kinda like she saves her biggest smiles for mama!

My guy must be a little flirt then. He needs no warming up, he flashes his killer smile to all the ladies. lol.

He will but only from a distance, once they actually talk to him or get close he brings out the bottom lip and clings to us.

LOL. This for us too. My DS smiles at everyone and even smiles at people that aren't looking at him. We say he doesn't know a stranger like his mama. Most babies I see out though need some warming up! Smile

My little lady makes bold eye contact (folks comment on it a lot) and smiles at strangers frequently.

She will stare for a little and then usually flashes a huge smile. But if someone comes up to her face right away, she will cry.

Mina will smile at anyone and anything! Strangers at the store, new moms in our mom group, kids, when the cat walks by....I mean anything!

She stares intently, but if they look at her or smile at her she'll smile back and then turn her head shyly, while still smiling. It's so cute.

I swear DS knows when someone tells him he's cute because that's almost always the first thing strangers say to him and he breaks into a smile right away. He's just like his papa! Such a little flirt!

Tegan smiles at everyone! She seems especially drawn to people with darker skin tones, which I think is interesting since DH and I (and of course Tegan) are very fair skinned.

She also giggles at kids, and kicks her legs as if she can't wait to be able to get down and play with them.
