Not having a good Friday (NBR)

Last Saturday, my car broke down after picking up DH from work but thankfully DH was with DS and me so it worked out okay. We ended up having to walk the 2 miles home with sweat pouring down all of us. DH got up super early Sunday morning and rode his bike to the car to try to fix it. He got it working and drove it home....YEAH! Fast forward to this morning when DS and I took DH to work and were then headed to the grocery store....car broke down again. Thank goodness DH was with us again and we were able to get the car off the street and we again had to walk home (it's a really good thing DH only works 3 miles from home!!) The part that is super stinky about all of it is that yesterday was my birthday and today is DS's 2nd birthday and I had to cancel all of our plans for the day and everything for the weekend is on hold....playdate for his birthday, dinner out, other small stuff because I can't go anywhere that isn't within walking distance. Grrrr!

Oh no!!! I hope your DH can get the car fixed for good! That's such a bummer that it keeps breaking down... I'm sorry. :-(

What a bummer and bad timing! I'm sorry your car's acting stupid and your plans are ruined because of it. I hope you can still enjoy both your birthdays even if the celebrations need to be a little delayed!
