I think really nothing till now where I've had to get some help from fenugreek!
I have the milk storage trays and freeze BM in one ouce sticks and put em in plastic double ziplock storage bags in the freezer.. SO much cheaper than the 'special' milk storage bags and this way, I can pull just what I need when I need it.. I'm not stuck on defrosting and wasting any liquid gold if DS only needs a few ounces!
I EP and don't spend anything. I don't have a freezer stash (kinda wish I did, but my supply is just barely keeping up). I pump into bottles that I feed with. And I use cloth pads.
Well, my water bill is probably up because I'm always washing pump parts and bottles.
Other than the originally purchases (pump, nursing tanks, storage bags, nursing pads, etc) I don't spend anything now! I don't use nursing pads anymore and I don't pump since I SAH most days of the week. I love it!

We spent a lot this month - $150 on a LC, $90 to rent a scale so we would know how much milk LO was drinking, $80 to rent a hospital grade pump to help my supply issues, and $35 on nipple shields. We've also spent $300 on a Freestyle pump, plus the cost of milk storage bags, breast pads, and nipple cream. And we spent about $100 on various bottles trying to figure out which ones she would take that also wouldn't interfere w/ breastfeeding (for when we were having to supplement w/ formula).
Hopefully it will be a lot cheaper from this point on, but it makes me chuckle when people say that breastfeeding is free!
Other than the cost of the pump, bigger flanges, some bags, breast pads and now $15 to replace a pump part... nada.
Well, technically I started drinking organic milk instead of regular. I drink a lot of milk normally, it seems to help with my supply (water at work, milk at home). So maybe an extra $6 per week, but I think I would keep using organic milk even if I stopped breastfeeding.
Not including the pump, I've probably spent $75 ever. I didn't use lanolin or breast pads after the first couple of months, and never had much extra mik to freeze so I think I only went through 1-2 boxes of freezer bags. The only thing I "splurged" on were an extra set of parts and the Medela quick wipes.

Oh yeah...I forgot about lanolin. I def used that in the beginning.
My hospital grade pump (for supply issues) costs $4/day,and we've been using it for about 12 weeks...We also have to supplement (effing supply issue, again) so that's costing about $45/week...plus a $160 trip to a Naturopath, and 3 months of Domperidone (about $100)...It's worth it in the end, though
Initial investment, $250 for PISA, another $250 for everthing else. Since then, very little. I don't need nursing pads and I have a ton of Mother's Milk freezer bottles that I bought for $45. I reuse them.
I had stopped leaking by 4 months, and I bought these great reusable plastic storage containers, so I didn't spend much on milk storage either. I guess I didn't specifically purchase anything monthly for bfing.

Probably right around $20. All on bags and pads. I am so jealous of those of you that don't have to buy pads! I tried using the lily padz but they didn't stop me from leaking and I leak too much for reusable pads. If I could do without the pads I would,
I am in the military and was able to rent my pump for 6 mon FREE of CHARGE. Our insurance covers the LC visits and so really the only thing I have bought is 2 bottles, a nursing cover, nursing pads (cloth and disposable), fenugreek and 2 types of breast creams oh and some storage bags. I spend now maybe 10 bucks a month for breast pads but I am hoping to use cloth breast pads soon.

I've spent quite a bit to see lactation consultants and sick baby visits (copays) to monitor her weight gain, but we are having nursing problems. Not that this is a reason to give up, but I have definitely spent more on breast feeding so far than I would have on formula!

I would say about the same - maybe even a little less.

Well, right now I'm spending $140 per week (that's right, per week) on acupuncture for supply issues
I lose about $40/work day in unpaid time for pumping, so another $200 per week
There's also bags for the freezer, more milk plus, mother's milk tea, various creams and balms, etc - probably about $15 per week on that stuff
So, I'm spending about $350 per WEEK on BFing (and I have to supplement)
FFing would be way cheaper

$20ish. I've been drinking the Mother's Milk Tea since mid-April regularly so this costs. I've not been able to freeze much so I rarely buy bags.
This month is more since I needed to buy some Mother's Milk Plus ($30) but that's it.
I've been lucky enough to not need any nursing pads and I've made the 2 containers of nipple cream last since the beginning.

At 6 months, I too still use breast pads.
