Welcome, ladies, to the Expecting a Sibling Weekly Check-In! I will try to post this check-in each Friday around 10:00am-12p EST, so be looking for it! I'll also try to repost this around Saturday-Sunday so that others can add to our thread. If you'd like you can also put the date of your next checkup or u/s and I'll add next to your name so that we can send good thoughts your way on that particular day.

Below is the list of ladies who have joined us, 69 so far! If you would like to be added to our list, please leave your Bump Name, your real name (if you choose to share), and what number child this will add to your family. Newbies are always welcome, as well as proud step parents & those adopting!

For those who are newbies please read the post New to January Moms or The Bump? (thank you to mchupie!). It will help answer so many questions, and you can also grab the January Joy button code from that post. There is also a bump glossary located here. And an unofficial glossary located here. The unofficial glossary contains a lot more bump lingo.

If you plan on staying team green/yellow/red etc.(because we all know there is more than one neutral color), let us know so we can mark you as such.

General QOTD:How have you felt this week? Pregnancy symptom-wise, ok. Not nauseous for a few days now. I do think I have the plague, so I've been exhausted from being so sick.

QOTD:Are you a Sibling? If so are you close to your sibling(s)? What's your favorite moment to date with them? I'm an only child. I think that's probably a big factor in why I always wanted to have kids really close together in age.

General QOTD:How have you felt this week? - Considering I've had a fever, sore throat, stuffy nose equally a sinus infection, pretty awful. However it was outweighed by the joy I felt in see Little Bit on u/s this week!

QOTD:Are you a Sibling? If so are you close to your sibling(s)? What's your favorite moment to date with them? - I have 1 brother that I'm close too, and my favorite moments were when we were younger and how well we'd get along and have fun when traveling.

General QOTD: I'm feeling okay. Nausea was gettting very bad, but it's not gotten any worse which is nice.

QOTD: I am a sibling! I have 1 sister (2 years younger) and 1 brother (10 years younger). I am closer with my sister, but still visit my brother a bunch.

Just an update for me: I've got my BIG u/s scheduled for August 16th, and we can't wait to find out what Baby #2 is!

General QOTD: Pregnancy-wise, I've just been tired but I've been running myself ragged house-hunting for MIL online and driving past house after house with DH and DS.

QOTD: I have a brother who is 2y8m older than me. We live a couple hours away from each other but get along really well. Now that he's in a committed relationship and has finished college, we are closer to being in the same life stage. I can't really think of one favorite moment. Maybe it was when he said that he'd be willing to come out and visit by himself for my birthday weekend this summer since his gf has something going on that weekend. I thought that was pretty sweet...

General QOTD:How have you felt this week? Tired and my morning sickness was worse then ever this week.

QOTD:Are you a Sibling? If so are you close to your sibling(s)? What's your favorite moment to date with them? Yes I am number 3 of 5. Im close to my younger sister and my younger brother (he lives with us right now) the other 2 and I but not like I do with the younger 2. I have to think of a favorite moment. I have to many right now. I will update once I think of it.

General QOTD:How have you felt this week? I have been very up and down this week. It was great because I had a massage done yesterday which was amazing.

QOTD:Are you a Sibling? If so are you close to your sibling(s)? What's your favorite moment to date with them? I am the older of two siblings. We are close now then we ever have been! I have lots of favorite moments with my sister.

GQOTD: I'm feeling VERY sick this week

QOTD: I have two brothers - I'm the middle and only girl. I'm closer to my older brother who is 3 years older than me. My little brother is 6 years younger than me and sometimes a bit spoiled. My favorite memories are of going on family vacations and talking with my older brother in the car. We would have these really deep discussions and he made me feel grown up

Update: We saw a HB at our u/s on 6/22 and our NT scan is scheduled for July 14th!

General QOTD: I have felt decent. A few days I was so nauseated I could barely eat, but then yesterday and today I feel almost normal.

QOTD: I am a sibling. My brother is 4.5 years younger than me and my sister was 14.5 years younger than me(she passed away 7 years ago). My brother and I don't dislike each other, though we argued a lot growing up. We just don't have much in common and don't talk a lot. My favorite moment was the day our little sister was born. It was pretty awesome when he got DS to sleep when he would not stop crying one day too :-)

PS. We are going to be team green!

General QOTD: I have been feeling sooo much better the last week and a half, hooray for nearing the 2nd tri!!

QOTD: Yes I most definitely have siblings... I am the 7th child of 8. My parents had 8 children in 11 years (2 boys, 6 girls). I can quite honestly say that my siblings are the best friends I've ever had. We have way too much fun together. I'm sad that I live 1800 + miles away from six of them and 7 hours from 1.

General QOTD:How have you felt this week? this week i have not felt so good. i had a migraine that lasted 2 days. and today i have been nauseas all morning. i hope i feel better to eat lunch!

and apple if you can update my info my dr changed my EDD to jan 20th and my next apt is 7/19! everything went really well on tuesday!

I had two half days this week that I started to feel a little better. Today I'm back to feeling like death though.

I have one older sister. I'd say we're close but reallyclose. Oddly growing up we were closer until we hit our teenage years. Then we grew apart and never really reconnected.

General QOTD: I feel great! I have so much energy, which is a nice switch from a few weeks ago. Now if only I could be more productive with my energy surplus...

QOTD: I have two sisters who are 10 and 12 years older than me. (I was a huge surprise since my mom had her tubes tied). We weren't very close when I was growing up, but now we're all pretty close. I would say that they might be closer to eachother, though, simply because they're so much closer in age, their kids are closer in age, and thery're at similar stages in life.

Getting a bit of M/S back around 5:00 each day. kind of bummed about that.

I am the only girl out of 4! I'm very close to all my brothers. I love all the times we get together for holiday's or concerts and dinners. We are a loud rowdy bunch and you always have a great time when my family gets together!

I have four brothers. Going on vacations together are probably my best memories.

I feel pretty good this week. My belly is getting bigger and we started telling a few people. I get headaches in the afternoon, but other than that, I'm peachy.

I have an older brother who is 13 months older than me and a younger sister who is 13 YEARS youngers than me. I am really close with both now. I get to watch my sister grow up and my brother and I just go through things since we are so close in age.

This week has been pretty rough. I have been very nauseous and getting sick - yuk!

I was actually an only child, but my dad remarried someone with kids so I have grown up with step-sibs since my brother and I were 8 and my sister was 5. My favorite memory was returning to our family vacation spot when my brother and I were in college and my sister was in high school and doing all the silly stuff we did as kids!!

Also, my NT scan is next week - 7/1!!!
