I almost needed new pants again this morning.

The entire ride down on the bus, the kids were playing my bladder and cervix like John Bonham played the drums in The Immigrant Song.  I nearly peed myself several times. 

I thought you all would want to know. 

::Currently has Kashmir playing on her computer at work.  Really loud because nobody is here.  Led Zepplin heals all wounds.::

    Poise pads!  seriously.  They are way better at dealing with "leaks" than regular pads or pantiliners.

    Dude.  This is why I need this board.  Somehow it never occurred to me to use poise pads.

    I'll just buy them when I go in for my stash of Tums and Tucks pads.  Then the embarrassment will be spread out over the entire purchase, not just one item.

    Thank goodness you didn't sneeze. I still cross my legs as little when I sneeze - a new jerk reaction after many a leak while having a pregnant sneeze.

    I can only imagine what havoc two babies can wreak on a bladder on a bus ride, ugh. Poise pads for the commute are a great idea!

    My cold was so bad this last week that whenever I'd cough really badly, I'd pee a little.  I was wearing a liner/pad almost every day - and yes, I've been doing my kegels.  I feel your pain, CG!

    I completely agree with this. My one little acrobat is enough on my bladder/cervix (which seems to be her favorite area for kicking), I couldn't imagine two.
