Am I okay wearing these? I have started to wear them because i am bloated and my pants aren't fitting very well (i'm super short so I can only expand out).
I've been wondering this too and I googled it. Some people seemed to think it was ok and some didn't. I might need to wear some in a few weeks when it's going to be harder to hide it.

I've been loving mine. I recently just switched to the Target "Assets" brand and they're a lot less constricting than the real Spanx. It's a little more comfortable for a long workday.
FWIW, Spanx has maternity garments as well. I loved my maternity spanx when I was pregnant with DS. They are super stretchy over the tummy, but have the firm control everywhere else. It was nice to still be able to keep everything else from jiggling - LOL!

Re: Spanx
Yeah it is fine, just stop wearing them if you feel like you are having trouble breathing.
Set to welcome the craziness in April 2014!
So glad someone asked this! I am a Spanxaholic. I was just wondering the other day if these were bad for baby.
If you are comfortable, you are fine.
