If you do the 30 day shred work out?

Do you do it every day?  I am doing the work out, in combination with running.  I guess I always thought you were supposed to give your muscles a break here and there. 

When did you advance to level 2?

  • I did it almost every day, in conjunction with running.  maybe 4 times a week.  so not every day, but not every other day.

     I did level 1 for about 4-5 days, then 3.5 weeks at level 2, and then went to level 3.  But did level 2 and 3 every other time because they really did different muscles.

  • I liked the shred a lot and think that Ill pull it out again soon. I did it here and there and changed the level depending on how I felt that day. Any work out is good for your body.. good for you! :)

  • I did it every day for the 30 days.  I gave myself 10 days for each level.  I lost 18 lbs when my total weight loss goal was 40 lbs!  It was awesome!
