Do you do it every day? I am doing the work out, in combination with running. I guess I always thought you were supposed to give your muscles a break here and there.
I did it almost every day, in conjunction with running. maybe 4 times a week. so not every day, but not every other day.
I did level 1 for about 4-5 days, then 3.5 weeks at level 2, and then went to level 3. But did level 2 and 3 every other time because they really did different muscles.
I liked the shred a lot and think that Ill pull it out again soon. I did it here and there and changed the level depending on how I felt that day. Any work out is good for your body.. good for you!
