Playtex Ventaire bottle question

We use the Playtex Ventaire Advanced, wide mouthed.  They only make slow and fast flow nipples.  I really think we need a medium flow.  Has anyone found a different brand of nipple that would go with this bottle?

    I use the same bottles...and I didn't even try to find another nipple to fit. We just switched to the fast flow (my girls are 10 weeks old now) three weeks ago, and they seem fine with them. I found that when they take their little break between sucking, to tilt the bottle down towards the tummy so it doesn't continue to flow as quickly and they don't choke.

    We just took a slow flow and cut the hole a little bigger. He seems to be fine. We had the same issue because the slow seemed too slow but my husband said the fast flow that barely any was actually getting in his mouth

    I heard a rumor that their is a medium flow nipple for this bottle.  How i do love these bottles!!!!!
