HELP! Pregnancy Test waiting game...

So I took a test yesterday after work and it was a BFP! OMG OMG OMG! Then I made my DH go out and buy another one just to be sure.  I drank 72oz. of water before taking a 2nd test and it said NOT PREGNANT.  I took another one 1st thing this morning, it says PREGNANT.  So I was thinking 2/3 say yes so I probably am.  Call my Drs. and then bring me in.  They give me another pregnancy test (urinalysis) and its NEGATIVE. WTF! I had blood drawn and the results will be in tomorrow.  What the hect is going on? Has this happened to anyone else?  I've heard of false negatives, but false positive and more then one? All different brands?  Any incite or words of encouragement to get me through until the morning would be appreciated.

 BTW, I've been married for a month and 1 week, and we are not not trying to get pregnant, so if I am YAY!

    I'm not a doctor but I'm inclined to say you are. From what I've heard, it's very rare that they will give a false positive.

    So maybe I'm premature but...CONGRATULATIONS TO YOU AND BILL!!!!!!

    Yea, I've heard getting a false positive is pretty much impossible, so to get 2....... I'm pretty sure CONGRATULATIONS!!!! are in order.  Esp. if you tested first thing in the morning, you are more than likely PG. Party!!!

    I would call your regular Dr. for a blood PG test.  If you call your OB they will most likely tell you that they will not schedule an appointment until you would be at least 9 weeks along.

     

    **edited** apparently I didn't read your entire post before responding.  I think the blood test should give them a more accurate reading.

    I got a BFP on a friday afternoon, BFN on friday night, and a BFP on a saturday am. Always use your first pee of the day! I am pretty sure you diluted your urine by drinking all that water. Good luck!

    I went to the OBGYN this am and had a blood test.  Results should be back in tomorrow.

    Good luck! I can't imagine how stressful waiting around for blood work must be.

    Good luck!  Usually your FMU (first morning urine) has the most concentrated amount of the hormone that indicates you are pregnant.

    For those who responded yesterday THANK YOU! I am still waiting for the blood test results and can barely stand myself right now.  I am at work trying not to throw up I am so anxious! Sprinkle that baby dust girls!
