When did you first go lake swimming after IVF?

I'm assuming I'm ok to go swimming in the lake since it's been 6 weeks since my last procedure.  Is my assumption correct?

    When I went to the beach this weekend my nurse told me to go into the ocean to help stay cool so I would think that a lake would be okay too.

    I went in the ponds on Cape Cod when I was about 6 weeks pregnant.  I was told it was fine to swim even a few days after my transfer.

    Never.  I grew up by the ocean and I think lakes are icky.  ;)

    I plan to go lake swimming this weekend, so hopefully it is okay.  I never even thought about it.  I think that it has been long enough since the ET and ER so it should be fine.
