induced tomorrow if he doesnt come tonight

So tuesday I was 2cm and thinning some, but last week we found out he is about 8 lbs 10 oz so the dr. doesnt want him getting much bigger. My dr. didnt think I could push out anything past 9 lbs espically with an unfavorable cervix. And I don't want a csection so I'm getting induced. I'm nervous about how the induction will go and what to expect....
Anyone have any advice on things to do before I go in?

I just wanted to say good luck to you. I had a successful induction 6 days ago. Work with your doctor and your nurses. Let them know that you want a vaginal birth if at all possible and as long as the baby and you are doing well keep it up.

Try not to be nervous!
I was induced last time and was totally freaked out before, but I had a really positive experience.
Ask your OB any questions so you know what to expect and don't feel afraid. Also, just practice your breathing or whatever else you plan to do to manage pain. It really helps me to picture how the labor is going to unfold in my head - the stages and what I'll try and do.
Easy to say, but I'm sure I'll be nervous again when I'm induced in a couple of weeks. Good luck!
