Any Potty Training ideas

Ok it took me forever to potty train my son and now I am trying to potty train my daughter. I just found out I am pregnant again with our 3rd child and I really want to have her potty trained before February!! Does anyone have any maybe new ideas that I might not have tryed yet? The San Antonio Area moms are some of the best so I know you all can help a girl out!! Mary is two so it will be a challange!

    I wish!!! My dd is almost 19 months and slowly showing signs of being ready.  We go on vaca the end of July and after our trip I'm going to attempt!!

    We did the 3 day potty training method (you can look it up online, but you have to pay for the e-book). It wasn't a miracle worker for us, but definitlely sped things up. I would say he got trained within a few weeks, although we do still use diapers at night only.

    I will definatly look that up! I am willing to try anything to get her out of diapers before the next one comes. Well at least I have like 8 months to do it. By you know how stubborn they can be.:)
