I'm 7 weeks along and am feeling miserable due to m/s. Some people say m/s is usually gone around 10-12 weeks and others say 14-16 which totally scares me. Please give me some hope!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I am in week 11 and I am actually starting to feel a lot better. The nausea is way less frequent and I am starting to get a little bit of energy back. Although it isn't all rosy since now I have more stretching and back pain! Good times!
Today, actually. I still threw up when I first woke up(just like every other day since 6 weeks) but I have been eating pretty normally all day. I don't feel like I'm going to puke every second, which is nice. Hopefully in the next week I'll stop throwing up and being nauseous all together!
Still waiting to feel fabulous all the time! I still have days of m/s, and I'm around 17 weeks. I have more good days now than bad, but the bad are still around.
all I can say is Zofran! It's a miracle drug...some days are good and bad for me. Like yesterday I woke up and felt great all daywith no meds then today I woke up feeling a little grawgy, but didn't take anything until this afternoon I was feeling nauseas so I took a pill and I feel sooooo much better! I'm not big into meds, but the 24/7 sickness I was feeling was horrendous. Good Luck!
My worst m/s ran from about 6 1/2 weeks to 10 weeks. Now in the eleventh week, I still feel like I've been hit by a truck, tired, can't concentrate, and overall crappy but the incessant nausea subsided and life is much better.
I MUST keep food in my stomach or else it comes back.

Re: When did you start feeling better?
Mine lasts until I deliver. But, I get hyperemesis gravidarum. It's not typical.
I have had some friends have it go on until 20wks though.

I think my all-day-off-and-on sickness went away (or calmed down incredibly) around the beginning of week 9.
You never know, good luck and go buy some Gin-Gins!
