TTC After a Loss
Good morning and QOTD
Morning gals. I have a very heavy heart today thinking of Kelly and her dh. My heart seriously hurts for them so bad.
It'll be a busy day here at work since today is our marketing party. I won't be able to stay for it, but I'll help decorate and get things set up. I'm hoping I won't be here too long into the afternoon for that. What's everyone else up to today?

I know how you feel. I can't stop thinking about Kelly and her DH. I wish them all the strength in the world.
QOTD: I was a desk attendant at my residence hall in college. AKA, I put mail in the mail slots... i gave people their spare keys if they got locked out... i popped their popcorn since the micro beind the desk was the only one... and just sat there all day basically. We had 2 hour shifts, so it wasn't that bad... but sometimes we worked multiple times a day or in the middle of the night!

My first job that I didn't get paid under the table for was working at a collectable sports store in the mall. We sold jerseys, hats, etc.
That was my jr year of high school....seriously, I don't know how I did it. I went to school from 6:45a-2:45p (maxed out my schedule), had practice from 3p-6p, and worked from 6:30p - 10:00p. That schedule would drive me crazy if I tried to do it now. Ugh.

QOTD: I worked at a clothing store in the mall.
I understand and share the feeling of a heavy heart.
QOTD: I was a swim instructor at the YMCA. (Funny side note....I didn't know how to swim!)
I'm so sad for Kelly and her DH. It's so unfair and I too have a heavy heart this morning.
QOTD: I was a nanny for several years before I went to college.
Keeping Kelly & her DH in my T&Ps this morning and in the coming days too. I hate that they are feeling this disappointment and grief again...
QOTD: I worked with my dad's construction company on a tourist attraction remodel the summer I turned 16 to earn money for my first car. The attraction was an artist that rebuilt his childhood hometown, down to the church and schoolhouse that used to be there. People would dress up old-timey and walk around, etc. I was a painter, mower, and whatever else needed to be done-er.
It was really fun though.
Good morning! I am definitely thinking about Kelly and DH this morning. My heart just breaks for them.
QOTD: I started babysitting when I was like 13. Other than that, I worked at my Aunt's furniture store the Summer before I went to college.

It's just so unfair.
QOTD: My first job was a lifeguarding summer job. First job after college was a project assistant position at a law firm.
It is so unfair that this is happening again for them! Thoughts and prayers!
I worked at an ice cream shack when I was 15. It was a lot of fun, paid pretty well, and you got to eat all the free ice cream you wanted!

My first job was as a cashier at Drug Emporium. It was a really big drugstore!

Good morning!
My heart is heavy for Kelly and everyone else going through losses right now. It's not fair. I'm not doing much today, going to visit my aunt later, her husband (my uncle) just died.
QOTD: My first job was a lifeguard at a water park. It was horrible! I lasted two weeks before I gave that one up and went to lifeguard at a less crowded place, the YMCA.
I'm so sad for them. It just isn't fair
I'm studying for an exam and supposed to be cleaning but I'm procrastinating right now.
QOTD: Technically it was babysitting. My first real job was a hostess at a rest. in hs.
