  South Coast Midwifery is the closest to a water birth in a hospital setting that my friend was able to pass along (most water births that she attends are at home but she's also in NY). She said there were more birthing centers in the area but they began to phase out about 10 years ago.

  To the best of my knowledge, midwife delivery has been ended at all hospitals in OC except for Orange Coast Memorial, and they did not offer water birth.
