I don't have access to a pool and when the summer really hits in my area it can be 85+ by 9a or around 7p. That's uncomfortably hot for me and that makes me believe that it will also be too hot for LO.
Any ideas?

I would take LO to an indoor playground. But the heat index here is has been high lately. Like in the 100s. So no outside play for us. We do walk at 730 in the morning every morning so she is in her stroller for that.
Down here in the 'Lock, I take the boy out for a walk every morning at 9. The campus has great shade, so we just take it easy around there. The campus is huge, so we get in great exercise.
How does MJC look? Or, if you want, we could get together and take the LOs around Stan!!

I thought you were in the 6-9m! I'm not within walking distance of MJC but I never thought of driving down there. Same for the CSU (unless I'm working at the clinic but LO doesn't come to work with me).
A family member in Ceres was going to let us use their Lions Club membership but we found out Sunday that the pool was drained for sho knows how long
Before it heated up we'd go for a 4 mile walk in the morning (about 9a to correlate with a nap), but with the heat I can't take it.

If you wanna come down here sometime, I can bring you to Brenda (my gym) as a guest and we can swim with the babies. Hank hasn't been in the pool for a swim yet, but I'm sure he'd love it!
I live in Texas. It's 90 degrees out well before noon. We don't go outside unless absolutely necessary.
I'm with ya. I'm in Central Texas and my LO gets sweaty just being in the car! I feel bad taking her outside during the day. I'll ask my pedi about it tomorrow at our appt. I feel like she is too little yet to be in a pool. The only time I am out with her for longer than 5 min or so is on a walk at like 8 am, which she still gets sweaty from!
