NBR: Where did/will you honeymoon?

Just curious.

We didn't go anywhere great...The Poconos Mountains in Pa.  It was nice, very romantic.  I'd like to go back again.

So where did/will you honeymoon?

    We went to Negril, Jamaica. We stayed at Couples Negril Resort. I'd love to go back sometime.

    We went to Mackinac Island, MI! It was SO fun! I think people forget how awesome Michigan can be. We stayed on the Island. It was DH's first time there. I've been lots of times, but never stayed on the Island before.

    It's an island with no cars allowed. It's so fun!

    We went to Maui. My parents surprised us with our honeymoon during their speech at our wedding reception. We were just going to stay home for our honeymoon. It was sooo amazing! They rented us a house with a pool in Maui!!

    We went to Costa Rica.  Four Seasons has a beautiful resort there.  Since it was our honeymoon, they upgraded us to a little villa.  It was unbelievable.

    We did Napa/Sonoma and Big Sur, CA.

    Big Sur was absolutely gorgeous, and Napa obviously was so fun and romantic with all the wineries and B&Bs.

    Phuket, Thailand. We couldn't go until 9 months after our wedding, but it was soooo worth the wait.

    Maui and Kauai - it was such a great honeymoon. I would go back in a second.

    We had our honeymoon in two parts:

    1. We really couldn't take time off from work after our wedding so we stayed one night at the Bel Air Hotel (RIP). DH's old job bought us a room there, which was so nice because it was stupid expensive.

    2. Later when we had more time to take off we went to Switzerland and Italy. It was a fantastic trip!

    We had to cancel our honeymoon to Bellagio, Italy because I wasn't finished with school like I thought I would be. We are finally taking our honeymoon this August. My sister happens to be getting married in Italy, so we are going to the wedding, and then taking a 6-day version of our honeymoon. My parents (who will also be in Italy for the wedding) will watch DS for the first 4 days and then meet us in Bellagio to deliver him, and he will spend the final 2 days with us. We are really excited.
    Married 4/12/08 DS born 11/17/2009 via c-section at 39 weeks. 11/12/2011 BFP #2!! m/c 7w5d. 2/28/2012 BFP #3 Beta #1-12dpo = 18; Beta #2-16dpo = 185; Beta #3-18dpo = 505. EDD 11/10/2012. Ectopic discovered at 5w4d. D&C followed by methotrexate.

    We took a Caribbean cruise and loved it. We are going to try to go on another one when DH finishes flight school.
