She isn't acting uncomfortable and she doesn't have a fever. The advice nurse thinks it is heat rash from being overdressed last night. But I only had her in a sleeper. I don't know.
My official conclusion is that it is not poison oak, it isn't welty and raised. Just the bumps are raised. But it could possibly be heat rash. Although that would be weird because she hasn't had this before and she likes to be abnormally warm when she sleeps.
Ugh.
I hate having to wait for the doc to call me back.
oh no...I hope she feels better. Nathan broke out with a terrible rash when he was around 3 months old and I freaked! It turned out to be a reaction to the detergent, so we had to switch to a special one for people with allergies. Sending you vibes that it is nothing serious.
The doc said since there is no fever it is probably heat rash and to wait it out. We should see an improvement in 2 days and to give it a week to go away completely. She said to call back if I see a change, it seems to get worse, or she develops a fever..
