OMG, I love them. Please let me know if you ever need a duck sitter.
Also, I just thought of names for you, thanks to your title: Jack, Kack, Lack, and Mack. And if you don't like those, the other options are Nack, Oack, and Pack.
Don't get me wrong, they are cute and all, and I'm all for ducks, but what exactly will you do with them when they are grown?
They'll be hanging out in our back yard laying eggs for my breakfast.
Fair enough. That would never work where I live - too much wildlife even in the city limits.. But I bet they'd give the cats next door a run for their money!
Aww....they are adorable! Sorry if this is a dumb question but when are they old enough to start laying eggs?
Probably about 4-5 months old, maybe a little earlier because it's summer and there are more daylight hours right now. If it were winter and the days were shorter, they'd probably start laying at about 6 mos.

The town I grew up in had big yellow caution signs (the diamond shaped signs) that had a picture of a duck with a hobo pack crossing the street. Too cute.

What breed are they? I don't recall our Rouens ever starting that young. They were much closer to a year when they started.
They're Rouens. I could be totally wrong about when they'll start laying-- the info sites all say different things and so far the hatchery hasn't exactly been truthful with us either.

AhHHHHhh!!! They are sooo cute!
Can I come over and cuddle them?!!?
Is it weird that I still sleep with a stuffed duck?
