If so, did you have a positive experience? Do you think its worth paying the membership?

Have you used any other kind of nanny/sitter service?

    Yes, we found our babysitter on sittercity. there is also care.com

    worth every penny to us!

    We did and found a GREAT nanny.  You really have to weed out a lot of people, though.  At least I did.  We are very happy that we found someone so great, though.

    I've used them twice and I interview every person I'm interested in prior to actually letting them babysit.  I've mostly had good experiences and I think it is worth the money.

    we haven't had a great experience with our current day care lady so im thinking of going with a nanny. there wasn't a lot of choice in my area but that might be b/c i only want someone who has had a background check.
