I have been sooooooooooo bad with myfitnesspal and haven't gone on in forever. I haven't been working out, I haven't been eating well, and I am embarassed.
I just joined babyfit.com and am thinking of going back to myfitnesspal. I don't know what is wrong with me but I have been awful. I also gained eight pounds, which majorly sucks.
I feel so alone and miserable but I can't seem to get myself in gear and do what I KNOW I need to do. I am motivated but resisting and I have no idea why.

GGP - I think we're brain twins today. I'm feeling the same way. I've also gained a couple of pounds back. I'll commit to posting to MFP daily if you will. Still doing ww so I won't track food there (yet) but I'll at least check in and get re-motivated.
What do you say? Are you in?
I've also decided to do it in 10 lb increments to make it less overwhelming, hence why my ticker here says 11.5 pounds (had to get to an even weight first, lol).
