So....How did you do last night? I found the shoulder/ab work out the easiest yet...surprisingly! Tonight is Yoga...Woo-hoo! I used to do Yoga all the time, so I think it should be pretty easy for me. I still need to take my before photo! I better do it soon! Oh, I am using bands for the workouts, as I don't have free weights.
I can't wait to start seeing results! Hopefully by day 30!

So, i started my week 3 over lastnight! Workout was good. Doing Plyo tonight! Although, i had yummy Long John Silvers for lunch today so my food intake for the day isn't looking too good. : ( - I'll just make sure to burn it off tonight!!!
You have Yoga tonight? I think Yoga is my least fav. It's also the longest work out in the program. Keep up the good work, Nikibug!!
