P90X Check-In

So....How did you do last night? I found the shoulder/ab work out the easiest yet...surprisingly! Tonight is Yoga...Woo-hoo! I used to do Yoga all the time, so I think it should be pretty easy for me. I still need to take my before photo! I better do it soon! Oh, I am using bands for the workouts, as I don't have free weights. I can't wait to start seeing results! Hopefully by day 30!

  • So, i started my week 3 over lastnight! Workout was good. Doing Plyo tonight! Although, i had yummy Long John Silvers for lunch today so my food intake for the day isn't looking too good.  : (  - I'll just make sure to burn it off tonight!!!

    You have Yoga tonight? I think Yoga is my least fav. It's also the longest work out in the program. Keep up the good work, Nikibug!!

  • Thanks Brandi! UGH, Plyo was hard, but not as bad as Chest and back for me! I HATE push ups and can hardly do them. So far that one is the worst! Keep Up the Good work too Brandi! We are on our way to being MILFs! LOL!Smile
