  Usually I do one side.  But if she still seems fussy and she's burped, changed, and won't take the same side, I will switch.  She seems to be wanting a lot more these days.

  I do both sides and then pump after to increase my supply.  It is a complete PIA, but since going back to work my supply has decreased dramatically!

  I usually only feed on one side, but sometimes she wants only the throat shooting letdown I have and then wants to switch! So sometimes we play the back and forth game!

  It all depends on how hungry she is.  I would like to do both sides but sometimes she is just not having it & that's fine.  I just always offer the 2nd & if she takes fabulous & if not I will start w/ that side on the next feeding.
