  Actually, it is! You can get a rumble seat for it, or a stand-on board. I really really wish we weren't so broke and could afford an Uppa.

  Oooh nice!!!  I was going to get a Chicco Together stroller (since we have a Keyfit) but I see this one will also fit the Keyfit.  Very nice!  Thanks for posting it.
