Does anyone know of a private baker that may be willing to do a winnie the Pooh cake? I have contacted several businesses and due to copyright they are unable to do one for me. I would really love to have a winnie the pooh cake for my sons' 1st b-day next month

I'm really surprised by this! My mom got a custom made Winnie the Pooh cake for my sister when she turned 2 (14 years ago). I can see if she remembers what bakery she used. I want to say it was either in Livonia or Farmington Hills. Also, Meijer does cakes like this (they have Disney Car's, Barbie, etc.), so I'm shocked other bakeries would be scared of copyright infringement.

they are very delicious too. I got one from there for my DD's 1st B-Day and I will get one for my DS's upcoming 1st B-Day.

Have you tried Party Cakes in Berkley? Check their website...they do all kinds of character cakes.
