Other people are posting now. One chick said "I hope ur friend realizes that the ER would not give an ultrasound if there are other emergencies at the same time. and I was trying to be funny."

Huh?

I said "Sorry that her friend doesn't see how pretending to have an emergency to find out if your baby has a penis is very funny."

Yes

Then she says "I never suggester her pretend to have an emergency! k___ is just excited to find out what she's having because her and l____ are expecting"

...

    ETA: FB should have a punch function for when poking isn't enough

    I feel bad because now my friend's innocent "I can't wait to find out" has turned into a full on argument. . .

    K: I just need to say that I am allowed to be overly excited and anxious to find out what the gender of my baby is going to be. I dont need to be told to just be grateful there is a healthy baby in there because I am very grateful. I dont care what it is, I would just like to know. Ive wanted a baby of my own since I was 12 and since it's finally happening, I'm going to voice how excited I am. Thats all.

    Me: I'm not bothered that you're excited. If it bothered me to see it every other day, I would have hidden you by now. It bothers me that people take everything so lightly and encourage you to fake medical problems just to find out. I'm not bothered by you Kassi. I'm sure if I'm ever pregnant enough to find out the sex, I will be excited, too. I just feel strongly that it is not something people should joke about, and I'm not afraid to voice my opinion. I didn't mean to upset you.

    yeah when i was 12 i said i dont even have boobs yet and i havent had my first kiss...but bring on the babies!
