IUI Sucess

has anyone had their IUI work the first time or know someone that has?

    You probably want to check over on Success After IF. Most ladies here have not yet achieved a successful pregnancy.

    Started TTC 05.08
    Me: Stage II endo, borderline high FSH
    DH: perfect
    1 lap, 5 IUIs = 4 BFNs and 1 c/p
    2 IVFs, 2 FETs = 1 BFN, 1 c/p, 1 ectopic and finally a sticky BFP in May 2011!

    1 FET in Aug 2013 = BFP!

    Yes, mine worked the first time.  There was a genetic issue but the IUI itself was successful.

    we did.  i took clomid after about a year of trying for DS.  got pregnant on first cycle of that.  this time, we did three months of clomid and TI, then one month of femara and TI, then femara and IUI, which resulted in this pregnancy.  we had 17 million sperm post wash with 90%motility.  i also had two 20+mm follies on u/s approx. 36 hours prior to my IUI.  hoping there is only one in there though!

    congrats.  i have taken clomid and then bravelle injections and then the HGC trigger shot and last thursday i did my first IUI so i'm hoping for a BFP and of course intercourse between.  i hope my chances are good.  i have had laproscropy, removal of a cyst, tubes are clear and endo removed.  hopefully my oven has been cleaned and i'm ready for some baking.  :)
