another PTing question

did your child daytime PT at the same time the PT'd at night and for naps?  Or did that come later?

Re: another PTing question

  • Naps happened around the same time as daytime, night time took a little longer, but I would say it was within weeks of being fully trained during the daytime.

  • Mia still isn't night trained.  That said, she has the smallest bladder known to man.

  • I was going to save the night time PT for when she turned 4, but for the past 2 weeks, she's been waking up and wanting to go to the restroom or she sleeps through the night and wakes up with a dry pull up.  So it pretty much happened about a month after being fully potty trained.  For naps, we also put pull ups on her, but when she was fully potty trained, she asked to wear her underwear instead during nap time and so she hasn't had an accident at all.

  • Addie has been pee pt'd in the daytime for months. in the morning she wakes up with a soaked diaper and she still holds #2 until she gets a diaper at night.

i figure she's fine in public so i'll concern myself if she hits 4 and still does it.

  • Gideon has been daytime potty trained for months which is all that matters to me.  We kept putting pull ups on him for naps and a few times I forgot and he's been dry.  We still put pull-ups on at night....most nights he's dry and a few times he's woken (me) up to go pee.  As long as I don't have to change sheets in the middle of the night I am okay with him still wearing pull-ups to sleep..lol.

  • Um, well... PTd at 22mo, but still in a night diaper. She doesn't wear them at naptime, but then again she rarely takes a nap anymore.
