rough day-had a seizure

After my stroke I had a seizure. I have been on anti-seizure meds. I ran out on Thursday and was not able to get any more. The dr that prescribed them was the dr from the hospital. since he hadn't seen me since the hospital in Febuary he couldnt give me a new prescription. I tried calling my regular dr but couldn't get ahold of him and then it was the weekend so I couldn;t get ahold of anyone.

I was supposed to see the nurologist at 9 this morning but at around 730 I went to sit down to habe breakfast when all of a sudden to the best of my knowledge I started to fall I think. I stareted screaming for my husband. We live with my parents to help since the stroke and because DH was outside my mom and sister came runnning. I was sitting on the floor so my mom just thought I fell. Then I told her I felt funny. I began seizing. They called 911 and the ambulance came. My parents got a little freaked because a timy amount of blood was coming out of my mouth. The EMT thought I might have bit my tounge while I was shaking. I actually bit my cheek. At the hospial I had acat scan and blood drawn but they think it was just not having my pills for 4 days. My ankle was brokenwhen I had the stroke and all though the bone is healed there is a lot of weakness due to the stroke. I must have landed on my leg hard because it is pretty sore. Poor DD saw me fall but not the seizure. She is still worried. Poor thing went through a lot when I was hospialized. Then two weeks ago her cousin and best friend broke her leg so she hasn't been able to play with her. She's been through a lot. We both have
